Standard Machine Design Includes:

Control Panel with integrated safety interlock.
Motor, gearbox, and telescopic shaft for robust drive performance.
Standard wrench + 3 inserts for flexible valve engagement.
Clamping device with rubber-coated clamps for secure, damage-free holding.
Mesh guard with sliding door for enhanced operator safety.
Safety interlock to prevent operation when door is open.

Torque Control Options

Manual – Mechanical torque setting with spring, chain, sprocket and position controller
Digital – Rotating torque sensor with digital torque display and control
Manual/Digital with Inverting – Automated cylinder inversion for full-process flexibility

Machine Configurations

Installation Requirements:

Floor Mounting: Concreter flooring , smooth surface and roof clearance required for machine installation. (~3800 mm height and 300 Kg weight).
Power Requirements: 3 Phase 2 KW load is required for the machine operation.
Air Supply: Require clean, dry compressed air at ~ 6 to 8 Kg is required for pneumatic clamping or dust-cleaning features.
Accessibility: Maintain clear space around the machine (especially near the mesh door and control panel) for operator movement and maintenance.
